This space/Good Karma Club, came about as a result of me being at my lowest, or as my good friend would say, being half the woman I used to be. I was in a place where things looked dark, and getting through the day was HARD. I’ve been uninspired and I’ve found myself in environments that didn’t empower me to be the best version of myself. Everything that made me, me, melted away.
I decided to get back on the journey of positivity and self-love, and in doing so, I discovered there are limited platforms out there which make it easier for us to take the first step. I was creating planners and tools for myself, and I realised I could to help others do the same.
Let’s be real; not feeling yourself is shit.
It’s even worse when you know you want to make a change, but you have no idea where to start. Finding the information can be hard work and overwhelming—this was a barrier for me anyway, but three years on, I’ve taken steps to break down that barrier, and I want to help you too.
My journey has always surrounded by promoting positive mental health Since leaving higher education, and experiencing a life full of ups and downs, my journey has centred around promoting better mental health and improving wellbeing for all.
